Walking in the Ardennes

Deep forests covering the hillsides, steep rock formations and fast-flowing rivers: the Belgian Ardennes are a true paradise for walking enthusiasts. The landscapes of the Ardennes are remarkably varied, which is clearly reflected in the many walking routes around Hotton and Rochefort.

One walking route we can definitely recommend is the beaver walk, located just 50 metres from our park in Hotton. As you can see in the photo below, the beavers are constantly gnawing at the trees along the Ourthe. This creates some remarkable natural sights.
