Arrival and departure

Arrival
Check-in on the day of arrival (Monday or Friday) is available starting at 2:00 p.m. The keys to the chalet are available starting at 3:00 p.m. During peak vacation periods, keys can be picked up at 4:00 p.m. The arrival desk is open until 7:00 PM. If you’ll be arriving after 7:00 PM, please contact us in advance.

Arriving outside of school vacation periods? We can make exceptions to the standard arrival days. Please contact us, and we’ll explore the options.

Departure
On the day of departure, the chalet must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. After that, the chalet will be inspected by the housekeeping staff. This is a standard procedure. Final cleaning is included in the price. You can check out at the reception desk.
