Arrival & Departure

Arrival

Check-in on the day of arrival (Monday or Friday) is possible from 14:00. The keys to the chalet are available from 15:00. During holiday periods, the keys can be collected at 16:00. The arrival reception is open until 19:00. If you arrive after 19:00, it is best to contact us in advance.

Departure

On the day of departure, the chalet must be vacated by 10:00. After this, the chalet will be inspected by housekeeping. This is a standard procedure. Final cleaning is included in the price. Check-out is at the reception.
